Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes — COD works pan-India for orders under ₹4,999. Partial COD (20% online + rest COD) launching soon. No cap.
How long does shipping take?
2–4 business days for Metro cities. 4–7 days for the rest of India. All orders ship via Delhivery, BlueDart or Xpressbees with live tracking.
Will the print fade if I wash it?
No. We use water-based inks bonded at 160°C. Tested for 50+ machine washes without cracking or fading. Reverse-wash cold, air-dry, no bleach. It'll outlive the trend.
What's your return / exchange policy?
Easy 7-day returns and 15-day exchanges. Product must be unworn with tags. See our Return Policy for the details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to 40+ countries via DHL Express. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Duties & taxes may apply at destination.
How do I know my size?
Check the Size Guide. Our tees run oversized — go true to size for a relaxed fit, one down for a snugger vibe.
Can I get a custom design or bulk order?
Absolutely. Email hello@genmyth.com with your requirement. Wholesale MOQ is 25 units.
Are Genmyth tees ethically made?
Every tee is stitched in SEDEX-certified factories with living wages and zero child labour. We share our audits on request. Ethical is the baseline, not a marketing bullet.
